This Agreement is for an initial term of twelve (12) months, commencing on the date the Customer enrolls into the service. The Agreement will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.

The Company agrees to provide solar panel cleaning services to the Customer at the Customer’s property. Services will be performed two (2) times a year during the term of this Agreement. The frequency of services will result in two (2) cleanings over the initial 12-month term, with subsequent services provided on the same schedule for any renewal periods.

Upon enrollment into the SolarScrub Solar Panel Cleaning Subscription Service, the Customer agrees to pay the monthly fee ("Rate") advertised on SolarScrub.com. The Customer will be automatically charged the Rate every month, billed to the credit card provided by the Customer, with charges occurring each month on the anniversary date of the Customer's enrollment.

For any automatic renewal of this Agreement, the monthly service fee will increase to the advertised Rate listed on SolarScrub.com. The new rate will take effect starting with the first billing cycle of the renewed term. The Customer agrees to keep valid credit card information on file for automatic billing purposes.

The Customer may cancel this Agreement at any time during the 12-month term by providing written notice to the Company. However, if the Customer cancels before the end of the initial or any renewal term, the Customer agrees to pay the balance of the remainder of the contract. The outstanding balance will be charged to the Customer’s credit card upon cancellation.

At the end of each 12-month term, this Agreement will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period unless either party provides written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days before the current term's expiration. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the monthly service fee will increase to the advertised Rate on SolarScrub.com.

The Company will perform all services in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards for solar panel cleaning. The Company will schedule the cleaning services with the Customer in advance and ensure that services are completed on the agreed-upon schedule of once every six (6) months.

The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the solar panels for the Company’s personnel and equipment. The Customer acknowledges that any failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in additional fees for missed service appointments. The Customer is responsible for informing the Company of any changes to their credit card information and ensuring timely payment of the monthly service fee.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages to the Customer’s property arising from or related to the performance of services under this Agreement, except to the extent caused by the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Company is also not liable for any loss of energy production due to dirty or obstructed solar panels between cleaning intervals.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding the services provided and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in the solar panel cleaning service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement provides a clear outline of the services, fees, and responsibilities, ensuring transparency between both parties.
